Fall Equinox : Balance of Earth and Sky Sound Meditation

Join Leah and I for a simple sound meditation to honor the changing of the seasons. Fall brings us to the season of vata and the winds of “letting go”. Falling leaves, cooler temperatures and shorter days. The vibration of change is in the air. We will create a cozy soundscape of rustling winds with dried seeds and gourds, as well as a crystal clear vibration of balance between Earth and Sky. Online registration is closed .
