Welcome to Synergy™Sound Healing. I’m Judy Grier, LMT, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner. I will be your guide on your sound bath journey. A sound bath is a full body immersion of sound and a deep listening meditation that nurtures and relaxes mind and body. When we listen deeply to each sound as it occurs we have the opportunity to connect to the present moment now and practice mindfulness.
As your awareness is guided to the sound of your breath and the resonance of the sound healing instruments singing bowls and gongs your attention begins to shift inward to a more restful and relaxing state. The practice is intended to create clarity, calm the mind and body and restore your bodies on natural state of health and healing.
Our Sound Center offers regular ongoing community group monthly Sound Bath Mediations. I also offer private group sound baths/ceremonies for a variety of occasions such as birthdays, wedding showers, graduations, and office and group outings. To schedule a private group sound bath call 573-200-6465 or contact us through the form at the bottom of the page.
