Our monthly group Sound Baths offer a deep sense of connection , community, and a common unity of purpose for self care and growth. It is a safe place to explore the mindfulness of deep relaxation sound meditation and to rest and restore your mind and body. Sound Meditation connects us not only to the present moment but to each other as individuals and part of a greater collective of humanity. We also offer private group Sound Baths for your private group of friends or family to celebrate a special occasion such as wedding shower, birthday, graduation, or just a special treat for friends. Please call 573-200-6465 to schedule a private group sound bath. Prices varies depending on the numbers of participants.
