Deep Relaxation Sound Meditation
Our monthly group Sound Baths offer a deep sense of connection , community, and a common unity of purpose for self care and growth. It is a safe place to explore the mindfulness of deep relaxation sound meditation and to rest and restore your mind and body. Sound Meditation connects us not only to the present moment but to each other as individuals and part of a greater collective of humanity. We invite you to join us for our monthly Group Sound Bath and see for yourself what a difference deep listening and sound meditation can make your life.
What Makes My Sound Meditation Sessions Unique:
- Intention and Energy: Holding sacred space for meditation of any kind starts with an intention to be present. As a group sound bath facilitator I am creating and holding a positive intention for all group participants.
- Comfort and Ease: We want you to relax. Our sound meditation practice space is designed with your comfort in mind. We know the mind can’t relax if the body isn’t comfortable. Our entire practice floor is a one inch foam closed cell mat, layered with half inch dense foam restorative mats for each individual. We also provide blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and more for your ultimate relaxation. In addition a limited number of zero gravity chairs are available by request.
- Varying Themes and Sound Practices: I offer various themes in sound meditation often related to yoga subtle body energetic practices, Reiki and chakra balancing, working with Five Elements, Yoga Nidra and Sound, Reiki Infused Sound Meditations.
- Variety of sound healing instruments and playing styles: Each instrument has its own super power and unique sound. Having a wide variety of instruments to choose from allows for layers of sound structure that create a wide panoramic soundscape. I choose from ocean drums, hand drums, flute, harp, shruti , singing bowls both crystal and metal, and multiple gongs to weave together a unique deep relaxation sound meditation experience.
- Certification: As a certified sound therapy practitioner you can rest assured you have an experienced guide on your sound meditation journey. I have over 100 hours of formal sound healing education experience and have facilitated multiple group sound baths for the past five years. You can read my full bio here.
- Collaboration: Sharing sound energy with peer practitioners is a joy. I have had the wonderful opportunity to play with others frequently and often include a variety of other sound practitioners at special events.

We also offer private group Sound Baths for your private group of friends or family to celebrate a special occasion such as wedding shower, birthday, graduation, or just a special treat for friends. Please call 573-200-6465 to schedule a private group sound bath. Prices varies depending on the numbers of participants.
