Where ever you are on your path to health and wholeness, welcome to our Sangha. Regardless if your a beginner, new to yoga, meditation and self care or a seasoned yoga teacher, I’m excited to share my passion for yoga, sound meditation, and bodywork with you.

Reiki Virtual Circle

Join us for our new online Virtual Reiki Circle. This is an online live stream class for all Reiki Practitioners. It does require that you register using the form below at least 2 hours prior to the event in order to receive the live Zoom ClassRoom Link.
We will be exploring a variety of Reiki self care experiences including, hands on self care Reiki treatment, meditation, breath work, and chakra balancing singing bowls.
