Spring Awakening Sound Meditation

We invite you to experience our Spring Awakening group sound meditation as we explore the natural elements. We begin with earth element for grounding through movement and breath as we settle into our body/mind. Followed by the water element as rain sticks and oceans drums wash away stress and invite us into the deeper flow of transformation through the fire element and gongs. From there we will emerge into the air element through the soft sound of wind chimes and crystal bowls. Finally we will rest in the deep silence of the ether as mind, body and spirit integrates the journey of spring awakening within. Please join us.
