Yin Yoga Immersion: Principles, Poses & Practice
June 10th and 11th, 2023

If you have been interested in learning more about the popular practice of Yin Yoga you won’t want miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in this weekend of practice. This weekend is for everybody who wants to explore more about the basic principles and poses of Yin Yoga. I suggest you have a minimum of six months of regular yoga practice and have experienced a yin yoga class prior to taking this weekend workshop.
This Weekend One Yin Yoga Immersion: Basic Principles, Poses & Practice or similiar preresiquite is also required for all yoga teachers taking weekend II Imersion for YA contact hours or for 300 level yoga teacher training.
In this weekend one workshop we will:
- Discuss basic concepts including, history, philosphy, stress vs stretch, 3 main yin principles.
- Learn 15 basic yin poses in posture clinic format,
- Practice a simple beginners basic yin flow sequence
- Verbalize discuss basic meridean theory and organ health in yin yoga

Click over to the month of June and register for Yin Yoga Teacher Trainging I/II. Remeber for this first weekend you do not have to be a yoga teacher to attend. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn something new!
