Chakra Balance Sound Bath

Join us in July for Group Sound Meditation as we explore the Chakras through gentle movement, meditation and sound healing with singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
Vibration is energy. Sound is energy. Movement is energy. Bring balance back to your energy centers with this deep exploration of energy within. Practice prana restoring gentle movement with breath, mindful chakra mediation, restoring resonance with crystal singing bowls, and deep rest and relaxation.
