In this online afternoon yoga, pranayama and meditation workshop we will learn to bolster the heart and open the mind to the conscious awareness of our breath. Our breathe creates a deep connection between the inner and outer worlds, between form and formlessness between body and spirit. Through the practice of simple yoga shapes, deep breathing, and mindfulness we will ride the wave of breath during this sea of changing tides into an afternoon of peace and calm.
